Kim is passionate about nutrition and education. Prior to EMP 180°, Kim supervised Health and Physical Education teachers in Fairfax County Public Schools. After her daughter was born, she transitioned to personal training and health coaching. Her personal training business, Taylor Made Personal Training, is named after her daughter.


As a Division I college athlete, Alexa understands the role that proper nutrition plays in achieving optimal athletic performance. She enjoys working with all of our clients but loves the challenge of working with clients who have special needs due to allergies, dietary restrictions or food preferences.


After spending several years in the technology industry, Alison discovered that her true passion was in motivating people. She loves working at EMP because it allows her to combine her business background with her desire to help her clients achieve optimal health through diet, nutrition and exercise. She enjoys having a sense of purpose and making a difference in people’s lives.
