Colleen has always had an interest in nutrition, diet and exercise. She is also an ERYT200 certified yoga teacher with experience in all types of yoga instruction. She loves sharing her passion for yoga with all of her clients as it is a key ingredient of her personal health and well ness program.
Colleen believes addressing the emotional side of eating is necessary to achieve the lifestyle changes needed for weight loss success. She enjoys motivating her clients by offering words of encouragement and always takes the time to listen to the needs of each and every client. Colleen believes being healthy is not defined by being a specific weight but is attributed to staying active, good nutrition and doing things we enjoy on a daily basis.
When Colleen is not at EMP180 in Ashburn, she can probably be found at one of the local yoga studios. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, travel, cook, and shop. You may even bump into her in one of the area’s shopping malls!
