Jane’s first career in Human Resources tapped into her passion and expertise for supporting individuals in creating the careers of their dreams.
But her individual self-care took a backseat to her love of helping others. After years of seeing the scale go up and down by 30, 40 and 50 lbs, she knew she needed to create sustainable life changes to heal herself, keep the weight off and have the life she dreamed of.
Jane took a deep dive into nutrition and wellness theories with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. While studying, Jane focused on creating lifestyle changes through diet, movement and mindfulness practices. She lost just over 100 lbs, and has transformed her mind and body at age 58! Partnering her years of employee counseling with her Certification as a Holistic Health Coach, Jane utilizes her expertise, as well as first hand experience in behavior change, nutrition theory and the mind-body connection, to guide and empower clients to achievable, sustainable changes.
