Stephanie joined the EMP 180° team after successfully completing the program herself. She’s excited about helping EMP clients learn to fuel their bodies so they feel and function better in all aspects of their lives.
While exercise has always been an important part of Stephanie’s self-care, she now realizes that, as the saying goes, you can’t out-exercise bad eating habits. She came to EMP in need of what she playfully calls a “tune-up” – to shed some unwanted pounds (fat, not muscle!) and to learn how to eat better. She credits the knowledge she gained while on the EMP program with transforming her relationship with food. The biggest pay off for her as she’s emphasized healthier eating is discovering how much better she feels, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Stephanie wants to help her EMP clients learn more about good nutrition so they can feel great, too!
Stephanie holds a BA from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and an MS from Carnegie Mellon University. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and pursuing her other passion — art. In her spare time, Stephanie loves to create. She is a talented abstract artist with a keen eye for color and pattern.
