Nutritional education is a key component of our program. We believe in providing you with the guidance and tools you need to maintain a sustainable and healthy diet during the program and after graduation.

With so many diet plans available, finding a program that actually works for you and your body can be overwhelming. We also recognize that losing weight can be difficult and is often associated with deprivation and hunger.

At EMP180° we help you understand exactly what your body needs. By taking the time to get to know you — your past struggles, habits and routines as well as any medications or health conditions that may affect your weight loss — we’re able to personalize your program. All of our clients receive one-on-one nutritional coaching because we believe in giving you the tools that will EMPower you to take control of your health.

When you initially enroll in our program we develop a personalized nutrition plan that includes the right balance of macronutrients (carbs, proteins and healthy fats) that will translate to results. In order to eliminate the guesswork, we recommend that you consume a combination of whole foods as well as our nutrient-rich foods at regular intervals throughout the day.

The link between inflammation (caused by excess sugars and carbohydrates) and disease is well documented. EMP focuses on a “modified Keto” approach to nutrition. We help our clients cut back on added sugars, and carbohydrates, while emphasizing the importance of lean protein and clean vegetables. Our goal is to help our clients eat in a way that will encourage fat burn while also allowing them to maintain and build muscle. If you wish to provide all of your own food due to dietary restrictions or food allergies, we have the expertise to customize meal plans that will accommodate your needs.

Throughout your program our coaches educate and provide the building blocks, such as guidelines for calorie consumption and portioning as well as recipes for fresh, delicious EMP-approved meals. We also provide helpful tips for eating at restaurants, so you can enjoy a meal out without sacrificing progress on the program.

When you reach your healthy weight goals, we will continue to work with you on a plan to achieve optimal health long-term. We adjust your macros, assist with meal planning and continue to teach you how to properly fuel your body. You now know what it feels like to be healthy — and we never want you to lose that feeling.
